How?
We began by engaging with Real Chemistry’s Group President of Global Integrated Solutions, and their executive leadership team to assess Real Chemistry’s current abilities, to develop a set of integrated solutions by drawing across several company business units. Using the C\R Aligned Innovation Framework, we defined near-term opportunities to build new products close to existing P&L’s and solutions and developed a shared process for new solution development. We created an integrated set of solutions unique to the Real Chemistry brand based on desired outcomes and unmet customer needs. In addition, we made an offsite experience for the team, giving them a chance to identify and prioritize opportunities.
